Missing credits? Here’s how you can update your Transfer Credit Report.
Update Your Transfer Credit Report for Credits from a Prior Non-CUNY School
All admitted transfer students are required to send official, final college transcripts for each higher education institution attended prior to Baruch College for courses outside of CUNY. This includes any credit received while in high school as well as any classes that were in progress at the time of admission.
In order to be official, transcripts must be sent directly from the institution attended to Baruch. Many schools do this through an online service such as the National Student Clearinghouse. You may need to contact the institution(s) you attended to have them send your official final transcripts to Baruch College.
Colleges should email a PDF of the transcript to new.transfer@baruch.cuny.edu.
Update Your Transfer Credit Report for Advanced Placement (AP) Credit
Note that AP Scores/credits do not transfer from prior colleges. Request an AP score report from College Board to be sent electronically to new.transfer@baruch.cuny.edu.

Degree Requirements & Registration
To prepare to register for classes and/or meet with an advisor, all incoming transfer students are required to have a posted transfer credit evaluation and complete a transfer advising tutorial to familiarize themselves with Baruch College’s degree requirements.
Students will receive access to register once their transfer credit evaluation, math placement, and English placement have all been posted. Students should register for courses as soon as they receive an enrollment date. Do not wait to meet with an academic advisor to register for courses. Courses are made available on a first come first served basis. Academic advisors cannot enroll students into courses, waive prerequisites, or grant course permission.
Meet with an Academic Advisor
You will be invited to schedule an appointment to meet with an academic advisor on Navigate after your transfer credits have been evaluated. Meeting with an academic advisor is not mandatory.
Please register for courses as soon as you have permission to register. Do not wait for a meeting with an academic advisor to begin registering for courses. Please note, academic advisors cannot register for classes on a student’s behalf, waive prerequisites, or enroll students into closed courses.
