Service Alert [Resolved] Tumbleweed

CUNY/CIS has resolved the intermittent issue that affected the execution of scheduled and automated tasks in Tumbleweed.
We will continue to monitor the application and provide further updates if necessary.

Maintenance with Interruption: Linux Servers
Due to a Central Office Linux servers maintenance on Saturday, March 15th, CUNY Login Self-Service (new user, forgot username, forgot password, manage your account, and MFA) functions will not be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The other following applications may be intermittently unavailable from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM:

Start Time: 7PM on Saturday, March 29
End Time: 7PM on Sunday, March 30
The March CUNYfirst monthly maintenance is scheduled for the weekend of March 29-30. CUNYfirst* will be unavailable for up to 24** hours as follows:

Unavailable start time: 7:00 PM ET on Saturday, March 29
Unavailable end time: 7:00 PM ET on Sunday, March 30**

* Only CUNYfirst is unavailable during this maintenance. CUNYfirst reporting will be unavailable until Monday, March 31 at 8:00 AM. Other applications, such as Blackboard/Brightspace, remain available through the CUNY Login page.

** Monthly maintenance usually finishes early.
