Lecture: The First Year of the Bolsonaro Government in Brazil

Event Description:
The lecture will present an overview of executive/legislative relations and the policy performance of the Bolsonaro government in its first year in office. Two aspects of the the context in which the new government comes to power will also be explored: a political environment of deepening polarization and the dire fiscal situation of the State.
