    Recruit and Hire

    There are four job-posting sites available at Baruch College to target different student populations. Details on each of them are below. There is no fee to post on these sites, and our students use them as their main on-campus resources to search for jobs and internships.

    Baruch welcomes employers and organizations to host information sessions as an opportunity to inform students about their organization and opportunities on their teams. Information sessions will remain virtual at Baruch College until further notice.

    Our career center team will work with you in reserving a date, coordinating logistics, and marketing your event to the right audience. Organizations are accommodated based on availability in the school’s academic calendar.

    On-Campus Interviews offer employers an effective and targeted approach to access Baruch talent, while conveniently scheduling interviews over one or multiple days. There is no cost to holding on-campus interviews, and they will remain virtual at Baruch College until further notice.

    Mentor and volunteer opportunities are coordinated through Baruch College’s Office of Alumni Relations and Volunteer Engagement. There is a range of opportunities that can be long term, short term, to even a one-time commitment.

    Baruch College consistently works with organizations to provide students with hands-on experience and learning opportunities. These have included, but are not limited to:

    Many organizations look to connect with students by speaking on campus in various ways, such as classroom visits, career panels, serving as guest speakers for workshops, and more.

    Our career center team works with organizations to coordinate site visits during the fall and spring semesters for small groups of students. These visits are designed to give students on-site exposure to your organization, your work and your teams. Until further notice, site visits are postponed.
