Eligibility Criteria
We’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated students to join our team. Before you apply, review the qualifications below to make sure you meet the requirements for these leadership roles.
Basic Requirements:
- Enrollment Status: Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student at Baruch College.
- Academic and Disciplinary Standing: All candidates must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the College. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required. Grades for students in their first semester will be reviewed at the conclusion of the current semester.
- Work Eligibility: Peer Mentors must be eligible to work in the United States (have a social security number).
- Application and Interview: Applicants must complete the written application by the deadline. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a group interview to assess their fit for the role.
- Save the dates! Application deadline: Monday, March 3
- Group Interviews: Friday, April 4 or Saturday, April 5

- Adaptability: Comfort with public speaking, facilitating activities, and managing unexpected situations with flexibility.
