NEW YORK, NY- August 5, 2015 -- Forbes magazine once again has determined that Baruch College is among the nation’s “25 Best Value Schools,” ranking 14th. Baruch ranked higher in this category than any non-military school in the Northeast United States. In the broader ranking of “America’s Top Colleges,” Baruch ranked 262nd out of 650 schools.

For the eighth year, Forbes and its research partner, the Center for College Affordability and Productivity, rated colleges and universities across the United States on 12 factors in five categories: Student Satisfaction (25%), Post-Graduate Success (32.5%), Student Debt (25%), Graduation Rate (7.5%), Academic Success (10%). The total quality score then was divided by each school’s published in-state tuition to determine the list of “Best Value Schools.”

Baruch consistently ranks highly on lists of colleges that provide the highest value per education dollar. For example, Washington Monthly’s college guide declared in April that Baruch provides the “Best Bang for the Buck” among Northeastern schools. In February, Princeton Review included Baruch in an unranked list of the top 200 “Colleges that Pay You Back.”
