Dr. Andrea Bazzoli is an assistant professor of industrial-organizational psychology at Baruch College and CUNY Graduate Center. His research is focused on three areas: (i) investigating the experiences of job insecure and financially strained workers to improve their outcomes, (ii) enhancing workplace safety (e.g., by investigating safety climate and accident (under)reporting), and (iii) examining how advancements in quantitative and qualitative methods can be best utilized to inform empirical work in the organizational sciences. His work has appeared in some of the leading outlets in the field and he sits on the editorial board of Occupational Health Science.
