Professor Fuste joined the Zicklin School as an Assistant Professor of Accountancy in the spring of 2022. He conducts archival financial research, with an emphasis on how investors perceive accounting information disclosed in a tax setting and on the information content of voluntary disclosures for the capital markets. Professor Fuste holds a PhD in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Florida State University, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting from the Florida International University. He brings prior experience as an auditor at PWC working with a variety of clients in the retail, transportation, commercial real estate, and banking industries.
