Gerry is responsible for managing People Risk Solutions (PRS) in North America. The company is an HR consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom, formed in 2006.  It is a global service provider specializing in outsourced HR support, company reorganizations, advisory services, executive/career coaching, workshop facilitation, conflict resolution, and talent management. 

Gerry brings a wealth of experience to her role, having held senior HR leadership positions in several major global financial services, including Dresdner Bank (acquired by Commerzbank, the second-largest bank in Germany) and Rabobank (the second-largest bank in the Netherlands) based in North America.  Her professional journey also includes roles within Schroders & Co. (acquired by Citibank) and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Gerry is also an experienced Professional Coach certified in many professional assessment instruments.  She leverages her expertise as a conversational intelligence coach, executive coach, and executive conflict coach practitioner to work with clients at all levels.  As a continuous learner, she earned coaching certifications from iCoach New York and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (I.P.E.C).  Gerry is also a Master Career Management Coach certified through “Get Five” and a Global Career Development Facilitator with the Center for Credentialing and Education.

As a highly skilled instructor and facilitator, Gerry has created and delivered customized programs on topics such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Conflict Management, Change Management, MBTI, Leadership, Stress Management, Career Management, Creating a Culture of Accountability, Conversational Intelligence, and Communication. She also teaches Management Courses as an Adjunct Lecturer at Berkeley College and Baruch College.   

Gerry’s formal education includes an MBA in Management from Pace University and a BA from Seton Hall in Sociology and Criminal Justice.  She attended Seton Hall University on a full tuition, room, and board scholarship in return for being an active member of the University’s debating team.  Gerry was also on full scholarship at Pace University as part of a Graduate Assistantship for coaching their debate team.
