Dr. Wallerstein is the President Emeritus of Baruch College of the City University of New York which he led for ten years (2010-2020). He is currently appointed as a University Professor, teaching courses on international security and public policy. Throughout his career, he has led important roles within the US government, NATO, and in top universities and think-tanks. He has been elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration, a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and as a Non-resident Senior Fellow on U.S. Foreign Policy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
