Patrick J. Slattery is an experienced leader in global technology, performance, risk, and crisis management. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to improving resilient performance through strategic automation and security initiatives. He shared his expertise as a contributor to the VMware/Lastline Industry Advisory Council, where he focused on addressing critical security challenges in enterprise environments. As the Managing Director at Canopach, Slattery spearheaded business strategy and transformation efforts. He played a pivotal role in integrating performance metrics to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. His approach has been instrumental in connecting functional processes with strategic decision-making and management, highlighting his proficiency in aligning quality with resilience.  
  
Slattery's previous positions include his time as Managing Director at The Hackett Group, where he specialized in finance practice, planning, and performance measurement transformation. His experience as a Partner at KPMG established his reputation in developing and implementing business service delivery models. Early in his career, Slattery made significant contributions at Coopers & Lybrand. His role in ICT audit involved rigorous testing of automated system controls across various industries, showcasing his expertise in a range of network and hardware platforms.  

In academia, Slattery serves as a lecturer at Baruch College and as an adjunct lecturer at CityTech. His academic interests and expertise span a breadth of subjects, including data science, business, cybersecurity, program management, and operations management. He speaks at conferences and shares his work on diverse topics such as cybersecurity education, workforce development, and best practices in enterprise performance management.
