Dr. Rawle Hamilton was born in Guyana. He works full time at ICBC as an Assistant Vice President in the compliance department, transaction monitoring team, specializing in money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at Baruch College (Management Department). He has a BBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, an MBA in Executive Management from St. John's University, and an EdD in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. His dissertation is titled "African American Males' Perceptions of Factors Affecting Their Decision to Not Attend College After Graduating from High School: A Qualitative Instrumental Case Study. Dr. Hamilton has a passion for teaching and plan to transition into teaching full time and conduct academic research in the near future. Dr. Hamilton is a huge Yankees, Knicks, and Jets fan; he also loves boxing, tennis, and cricket.
