Wagner, R.(n.d.). Bringing balance to the corporation. In Progress.

This article will examine the extreme positions taken by advocates for and detractors of corporations. In addition to others this article will examine the arguments in the book/documentary "The Corporation" and compare them with the positions taken by corporate representatives. The article will conclude with the claim that neither of these positions is accurate, but rather the truth is somewhere in between.

This article will examine the applicability of the Constitutional right to counsel to corporations.

Wagner, R.(n.d.). Corporate Wine Crime. In Progress.

This article will explore multiple criminal activities that occur in the wine/alcohol industry and how the increasing corporate presence in this area impacts it.
