Susanne Schropp is an Austrian-born graphic designer and educator with over 28 years of experience. She attended art school in Graz, Austria, holds a BA in Graphic Design, and studied in New York under design master Milton Glaser, known for the iconic I¿¿NY logo.

Susanne is the founder and President of Von Schropp, a New York City-based Graphic Design and branding agency.

During her long career, she worked for companies such as HarperCollins Publishing, Macy’s, Sotheby’s, Sports Illustrated, and Union Square Press. She designed for clients like IBM, Omega Watch, Swiss Air, and Swatch Watch. 

Susanne’s hobbies and interests include travel, music, politics, technology, and teaching. 

As a strong advocate of paying it forward, she has taught graphic communication courses at Baruch College, City University, since 2018. These courses have included Basic Graphic Design, Senior Seminar, and Design Production.

The key to her success: When in deep water, become a diver.
