Dr. Tania Konstantina Ploumi is an Assistant Professor of Management (Sustainability) at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, specializing in ESG, climate leadership, and regenerative business innovation. Her research explores the intersections of sustainability, behavior change, ecosystem services, and mental health, while her teaching emphasizes experiential and transdisciplinary approaches that connect students with real-world climate and community challenges. She is involved several funded projects, including international sustainability education initiatives in Greece and Ghana, and serves on advisory councils advancing sustainability in higher education.
