Production Reporting Tools
The CUNYfirst service includes production Reporting Tools (HR/Campus Solutions > Reporting Tools >Query > Query Viewer). The queries in the production Reporting Tools use live production data and the queries are managed by CUNY Central CIS. The production Reporting Tools queries are generally written to cover a general data need and often use prompts for to limit results to a particular institution, semester, career, etc. The production queries may not necessarily be specific to the unique needs of an individual business unit's process or data needs, but in these cases may serve as a starting point for a customization in the reporting instance, the instance that CUNY CIS allows the campus to develop and run queries on.
Go to https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu/oam/Portal_Login1.html to access CUNYfirst log-in page. Place Username and Password and click Log-in.
Click on Reporting Tools.
Click on Query Viewer to access query.
Type a query name next to 'begin with' and hit 'search' button to fetch the query.
Click on 'Excel' to download a report or 'Schedule'
