There are certain records that combine or define an applicant in CUNYfirst in student admission side. These records are ADM_APPL_DATA, ADM_APPL_PROG, ADM_APPL_PLAN or ADM_MC_VW (combination of ADM_APPL_DATA, ADM_APPL_PROG). All new applicants data must be stored in these records. The applicants may also be transfer from including CUNY or an external organization. To get the transfer or external organizations information user must add EXT_ORG_VW record to their query.
A new applicants can not consider be a student unless they are Enrolled to Baruch College. Once they are new applicants they consider as an Active not enrolled.
ADM_APPL_DATA contain the ADMIT_TYPE which 1---- 2 is for freshman and 3 is for transferred which describe the applicants types or category.
